Our business started operating in July 2008. Inside a residential garage where everything began. Since then, we've outgrown that garage and have a 3,000 sqft facility on Melanson Rd in Greater Lakeburn. CrossFit Dieppe is an all-inclusive fitness facility. We have members of all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels, which just goes to show that everyone can do CrossFit! Each workout is adjusted to each indvidual's level of fitness and abilities. Every class is lead by a minimum of 1 CrossFit level 1 trainer in order to ensure safe and effective training. The coach's class will include a warm up, 1 to 3 parts of workouts and stretching.
Our workouts are that constantly varied, high intensity and consists of functional movement. All this is done in different time durations. Combined with proper nutrition, this recipe provides maximum results.
We strive to give our members a fun and family-like environment when working out with others. There will be cheering, tips on technique and high energy when at CrossFit Dieppe. You just have to show up, and the coach will explain that day's pre-determined programming. He will demonstrate the movements (and scaled options), offer tips on proper technique and coach members to make sure they are doing things safely and efficiently.
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that provide a great balance using elements from weightlifting, gymnastics, and conditionning. These, combined with proper nutrition, rest and some TLC (proper recovery, good sleep, and stretching) will improve your overall health and fitness level.
Our regular classes are programmed for 60 minute sessions.
